Yay Friday!

So, the quiche update. I loved it, DH said it was good, the boys..."EWWWW" OH well, what can ya do! I have no clue what I will make tonight. I am really in a rut and not wanting to make anything and I have been avoiding the grocery store like the plague. We havent been sick at all this fall/winter and I want to keep it that way by not going out. Or at least that is the excuse I am using this week! It really is no easy feat to prepare dinners every single day of every single week of every single month for 18+ yrs of a child's life that you are obligated to feed them. The day each of them turns 18 I am making them cook ME a dinner. DH says "just fix them what they like"...well that's genius and would be perfect if they like the same thing this week that they liked last week. But they don't.
Ah well, enough about that! The sun was gorgeous today and now its gone, blah. Of course it disappears just as my camera batteries are charged and ready to take a photo. So, the sun that was streaming through the window hitting my Christmas cactus, looking beautiful, is now gone and I am sitting in the computer room looking at this. I find it amusing none the less. Everyone should have a Bruce Lee statue in their house, the kung fu monks are just bonus.
